1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shaadigah ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Role

Shaadigah is a marketplace connecting couples with venue owners. We facilitate bookings but are not a party to the contract between users and venue owners. All agreements regarding services, pricing, and refunds are between the user and the venue owner.

3. Bookings

A booking submitted through Shaadigah is a request only. It is confirmed only when the venue owner explicitly accepts it. Shaadigah is not liable for venue owners failing to confirm or honour a booking.

4. Payments

Advance payments and final payments are made directly between users and venue owners. Shaadigah does not process or hold payments on behalf of either party.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set by individual venue owners. Users should review the venue's cancellation terms before booking. Shaadigah is not responsible for refunds or disputes arising from cancellations.

6. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate information when registering and booking. Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading use of the Platform may result in account suspension.

7. Venue Listings

Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, capacity, availability, and photos. Shaadigah reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and text, is the property of Shaadigah. Venue photos uploaded by owners remain their property; by uploading, owners grant Shaadigah a non-exclusive licence to display them.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shaadigah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of any fees paid to us in the preceding 3 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
