Booking

How do I book a venue?

Browse venues, open the venue you like, pick a date and time slot on the availability calendar, then click "Reserve This Venue". You'll be asked to fill in your contact details and confirm. The venue owner will then confirm or decline your request.

When do I pay?

You do not pay online. Once the venue owner confirms your booking, you will be contacted to arrange the advance payment directly with the venue. Online payments are coming soon.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Go to your Dashboard → Bookings, find your booking and click Cancel. Cancellation policies vary by venue — contact the venue directly for refund queries.

What does "Day" and "Night" slot mean?

Day function runs from 10 AM to 5 PM. Night function runs from 7 PM to 1 AM. "Full Day" covers both slots and is ideal for all-day events.

Venue Owners

How do I list my venue?

Click "List Your Venue" in the navigation, create an owner account, and submit your venue details. Our team reviews listings within 1–2 business days.

How do I block dates for walk-in customers?

Log in to your Owner Dashboard, go to the "Availability" tab, click a date on the calendar, choose which slot to block (Full Day, Day Only, or Night Only), optionally add a reason, and click "Block This Date". Blocked dates will not be available for online booking.

How do I confirm or decline a booking?

Go to Owner Dashboard → Overview or Bookings tab. Pending bookings show Confirm and Decline buttons. You will also receive an email notification for each new booking request.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I update my profile?

Log in and go to Dashboard → Profile Settings to update your name, phone number, and other details.
